This musical edition is the worldwide premiere presentation of the special vespers service for the protection of the natural environment. The poetic text was created by the Monk Gerassimos Mikrayiannanitis (†1991).
Simultaneously the presentation of the CD was accompanied by a concert performance entitled "MUSIC: FROM BYZANTIUM TO HELLENISM" at the Athens Concert Hall in the presence of His All Holiness the Ecumenical Patriarch.
